Any history of trauma
Any history of cardiac or lung disease
Associated with cough , breathlessness ,syncope , palpitation  
          
Objective

Patient with angina or Myocardial infarcts may appear cold & clammy , tachycardia

Assessment

Critical
Sudden onset of chest pain
Angina chest pain

Semi critical
 Complain chest pain but normal ecg
 Known case of diabetes mellitus
 Age factor < 40 years

Non critical
 Age < 20 years
 Complains chest pain but resolved
 For check up
